When we finally did check-in, we had to park in the parkade and walk with our luggage from the cold outside to try and find the entrance to the hotel.
We had to ask the parking concierge where the front desk was and where we could park it was very confusing. It as dark when we arrived, and we had a terrible time trying to find a place to park so we could 'check-in'.
Since we were last at this hotel, it has changed a lot and not for the better.
